A dynamic nonprofit organization in the greater Milwaukee area seeks a visionary President & CEO to lead its next chapter of growth and community impact. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to guide a mission-driven organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility while working with diverse stakeholders to expand its positive influence throughout the region.Job Duties: - Provide strategic leadership and execution of organizational vision, mission and goals
- Build/maintain relationships with board members, staff, donors, community partners and stakeholders
- Lead fundraising initiatives and diversify revenue streams to ensure long-term sustainability
- Drive operational excellence across multiple facilities and program delivery
- Champion diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives organization-wide
- Oversee fiscal management, budgeting and resource allocation
- Guide program innovation and expansion based on community needs
- Develop and empower high-performing leadership team
- Serve as primary external representative and spokesperson
- Lead organizational change management and growth initiativesQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in business, nonprofit management or related field
- 10+ years senior leadership experience, preferably in nonprofit/community service sector
- Track record of successful fundraising, financial management and board relations
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-site operations and diverse teams
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of nonprofit governance and best practices
- Advanced degree and certification will be required within first 3 yearsDesired Traits:
